2015 célèbre 120 ans de Polo à Deauville, et sa 65ème Coupe d’Or.
A l’occasion de la Lucien Barrière Deauville Polo Cup (12 au 30 août 2015), nous recherchons LA photo pour l’affiche 2015 et qui servira de support à toute la communication de l’événement.
Envoyez-nous vos meilleures photos de jeu à l’adresse contact@deauvillepoloclub.com et toute l’équipe du Deauville International Polo Club choisira au plus tard le 5 mai, la photo qui lui semble la plus représentative de notre évènement 2015.
RÈGLEMENT
Le concours d’affiche est ouvert à tous – artistes professionnels ou amateurs.
L'œuvre devra être une création originale et en rapport avec l’événement, elle devra comporter suffisamment de place pour pouvoir insérer les titres, textes et différents logos des partenaires, soit en surimpression soit en bordure.
UTILISATION DE L'OEUVRE
L’œuvre sélectionnée servira de support à un poster tiré à 10000 exemplaires, à différentes publications dans la presse spécialisée régionale ou étrangère ainsi qu’aux tirages sur d’autres supports (dossier de presse, dossier communication,...).
La communication se fait principalement autour de l’affiche, elle sera accompagnée de déclinaisons multiples comme : logo du club, dossiers de communication ou de presse, publication sur le site internet et nos réseaux sociaux.
DROIT D'AUTEUR
L'auteur s'engage à céder, sans aucune limitation de quelque nature que ce soit, l'ensemble des droits de l'œuvre au Deauville International Polo Club pour toute utilisation liée à la communication et aux supports de l’événement.
L'auteur s’engage à certifier qu’il dispose de tous les droits d’auteur pour chacun des éléments qui constitue l'œuvre.

PHOTO CONTEST: Want your picture to be featured on the poster for the 2015 season?
2015 marks the 120th year for Polo in Deauville and the 65th edition of the Gold Cup.
For this special edition of the Lucien Barriere Deauville Polo Cup (12th to 30th August 2015) we are looking for THE photo that will serve as a support for all the communication around the event. Send your best action shot to contact@deauvillepoloclub.com and the Deauville International Polo Club team will choose the winning picture by May 5th. We are looking for the photo that best captures the spirit of our 2015 edition.
RULES This contest is open to all – professional and amateur photographers. We are looking for something original that relates to the event. The photo should have enough space to include text and sponsor logos, either in overprint or borders.
USE OF THE WORK The selected work will serve as a support for a poster of which 10,000 copies will be displayed in various publications in the regional or foreign specialized press and to illustrate other media tools (press kit, communication folder ...). Communication will be largely based around the poster, it will be used in many variations: Club logo, communication folder, publication on the website and our social networks.
COPYRIGHT The author has to agree to transfer all rights to the work, without limitation of any kind, to the Deauville International Polo Club for any use related to communication and media. The author agrees to certify that he/she has all the copyrights for each of the elements constituting the work.
